CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be sent by email to registration@ewoglisbon2023.com
In case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fees will not be refunded

Cancellations received up and including July 31, 2023: full refund.
Cancellations received between July 31 until September 11, 2023: 50% refund.
Cancellations received from September 11, 2023: no refund.

Please note that refunds will only be processed after the event.
