This form is specifically dedicated to collect information for the purpose of the EWOG-MDS-SAA Symposium 2023.

We collect Personal Data freely provided by the user including (but not limited to): name, email address, and any other details specifically asked in registration forms. Local Committee of the EWOG-MDS-SAA Symposium 2023 does not share personally identifiable information with unrelated Third Parties. However, we may disclose, transfer or share your Personal Data - anonymized or in its original format - with certain third parties without further notice to you, only for the organization and follow up of this event.

Information collected on this form will be held in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/79) (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Data will be processed and stored for a maximum of 15 years.

For this event EWOG-MDS-SAA Symposium 2023 will process your personal data in the form of photographs, video, and audio recording according to the Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The images/videos/recordings will be processed and stored for a maximum of 15 years. The images will be securely stored in by the Local Committee of EWOG-MDS-SAA Symposium 2023 image and media bank. Please make sure that your camera and Microphone are switched off before joining this event and during the different sessions.
